Materials:



  • Green chillies – 10 to 12

  • Curd – 1 cup

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Turmeric – half a spoon

  • Mustard – half teaspoon

  • Cumin – half teaspoon

  • Asafoetida – a pinch

  • Oil – 2 tbsp

  • First of all wash the green chillies and dry them. Cut them in half and remove the seeds.

  • Add curd, salt and turmeric in a bowl and whisk well.

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida to it.

  • Now add crushed chillies to this batter and fry on medium flame.

  • Cook until the chillies are slightly crispy and light golden.
