After his exit from ABC’s 9-1-1Peter Krause is returning to screens with NBC’s Line of Fire.

Joshua Safran’s new NBC crime drama follows the Hollingsworths, a family whose members hold various roles in federal law enforcement.

Mike Hollingsworth (Peter), a Secret Service agent, and his U.S. Marshal wife Jane (Hope Davis) find their family caught in a deadly conspiracy after a mysterious assassin targets them.

Their children, FBI agent Clare (Kat Cunning), Secret Service agent Mike “Micah” (Tommy O’Brien) and Department of Justice analyst Russ (Taylor Bloom), are also drawn into the danger.

While trying to uncover who is behind the threat, the family faces high-stakes action alongside the difficult task of protecting the country and keeping their family together.

The 10 episode series Line of Fire is set to debut on September 21 on NBC.

the series will air weekly every Monday but a season finale date is yet to be revealed.
